Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and review motion graphics, visual effects, and composition assets using advanced Adobe After Effects techniques.
  2. Critique motion design projects for creative quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
  3. Provide detailed feedback and insight on design workflows, automation opportunities, and creative quality assurance processes.
  4. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to contribute expertise and help refine creative pipelines.
  5. Document technical findings and evaluation processes in clear, concise written formats.
  6. Analyze creative project performance and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  7. Assess AI-generated motion graphics and content for quality, realism, and creative value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven mastery of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing.
  2. Strong creative eye with experience critiquing motion design and animation projects.
  3. High attention to detail and an analytical approach to creative quality review.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  6. Familiarity with workflow automation and technical documentation creation.
  7. Experience evaluating AI-generated creative content a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in creative quality assurance and review processes.
  2. Understanding of current trends in motion graphics, visual effects, and AI-assisted media.
  3. Previous experience working with or training AI systems in media domains.
