Vanguard’s in-house creative agency, RED @ Vanguard, is hiring for its Creative Intelligence team and seeking a Creative Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will help ensure insights are the foundation of all content, creative, and user experiences, directly contributing to Vanguard’s mission of improving outcomes for investors.
You will collaborate closely with a diverse mix of partners across RED and Personal Wealth Marketing, including Creative Intelligence peers, creative strategists, and marketing specialists. As part of a small but high‑impact team recognized for advancing client‑insights-driven marketing, you will shape more resonant, effective, and continuously improving marketing and creative work.

What You Will Do
Lead Insight-Generating Programs
Lead RED’s always-on creative testing program to drive clearer understanding of emotional resonance and creative insights that inform creative direction.
Leverage social media listening and other insight tools available to you to ensure all strategic marketing and creative opportunities are grounded in human-truth.
Manage the Creative Intelligence insight library to create a feedback loop for Personal Wealth Marketing by making learnings and insights more accessible and ensuring they are actively leveraged for marketing opportunities.
Analyze data and insights, translating findings into clear, compelling stories with actionable implications.
Collaborate Across Creative and Marketing Disciplines
Partner with Creative Intelligence peers, creative strategists, marketing specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure insights inspire strong, meaningful creative outcomes.
Help to facilitate an insight feedback loop by sharing findings with project teams and stakeholders.
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities across multiple projects.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal experience and skills:
3+ years of related experience in marketing, creative, and/or research.
Undergraduate degree required.
Understands how insights inform marketing, creative strategy, and user experience.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience in financial services, creative agencies, or research agencies preferred.
Qualifications:
Three years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
