Social Media Leadership
  • Shape EnrollHere’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Develop a social content strategy that builds credibility, tells our story, and engages our audience.
  • Create and manage a consistent posting calendar with high-impact visuals and video content.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with founders and department leads on product announcements, feature launches, and company initiatives.
  • Support agency-facing projects with polished visuals and campaign assets.
  • Guide freelance designers, editors, and contractors as needed.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or senior-level design leadership.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, marketing creative, and digital design.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and modern design trends.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to own projects from concept through delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
