The opportunity: Creative Director

At Tilt, we believe people are incredible — and we’re building a new credit system to prove it. Now we’re looking for a Creative Director to shape our brand soul and tell stories that resonate far beyond fintech. You’ll turn Tilt’s creativity into cultural impact, from a 6-second ad to a full manifesto, while inspiring teams and executives around a bold vision.

How you'll make an impact
  • Own Tilt’s narrative and visual identity across campaigns and channels.

  • Translate cultural insights into brand stories that drive results and build equity.

  • Develop creative frameworks that unify copy, design, video, and social.

  • Mentor a multidisciplinary team, elevating the work from execution to ideation.

  • Partner with leaders to balance bold creative leaps with operational excellence.
