About this team and role:

Mozilla Marketing is looking for a Firefox Creative Director to join our team. This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers. 

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead global marketing efforts for Firefox. This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of campaign creative toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate across markets.
  • Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative.
  • Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts to increase creative impact in markets.
  • Drive brand marketing campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets.
  • Provide mentorship and management to support an ambitious internal team.
  • Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative.

What you’ll bring: 

  • 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an agency or in-house setting
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe. 
  • Ability to think about both big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs
  • Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative
  • A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones and cultures
  • A proactive self-starter who is both collaborative and able to work independently
