Job Description:
- This is a temporary role starting ASAP through EOY, with the possibility to extend or convert to permanent.
- Full-time: Approximately 40 hours per week during business hours.
- Ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing conceptualizing new ideas, B2B website redesigns, sharp, well-thought-out work, quality visual execution, consistency, and strong conceptual thinking.
- Must be willing to be hands-on with execution and also manage a team.
- W2 only; candidate must be located in the U.S.
- Fully remote.
We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We are currently hiring a Creative Director to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.
Key Accountabilities
· Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across web that meet and surpass client goals
· Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign
· Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables
· Strategically push the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables and steer teams' conceptual thinking
Person Specification
· 7+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
Nice-to-Haves: Agency or consultancy background, eCommerce expertise, and interest in AI-driven design innovation.
The hourly pay range for this position is $45.19 - $73.26. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
