About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a creative, innovative social media and brand marketing expert with a passion for crypto and culture to lead our global campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the US brand & social team to bring big ideas to life, craft compelling content calendars, develop eye-catching copy, and stay ahead of trends in both on-chain and off-chain worlds.
 
This role is perfect for a thinker and doer—someone who can generate fresh campaign ideas, execute quickly, and elevate our brand’s voice across platforms like X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and more.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define and develop campaign and program strategies tailored for crypto-first creative initiatives.
  • Write and edit engaging, impactful copy and video scripts for multiple platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and develop innovative social-first campaign ideas aligned with brand and product goals.
  • Create inspiring visual and design briefs to guide creative execution.
  • Stay current with crypto news, creator trends, and platform updates; bring insights into the team.
  • Support larger brand campaigns with timely social content, creative input, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Track campaign performance, share insights, and derive learnings to enhance future initiatives.
 
What We Look For In You
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content production or community growth.
  • Strong creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing content.
  • Proven project management ability to handle multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and how to adapt trends for brand use.
  • Familiarity with crypto, trading, or Web3 is a plus (or a strong desire to learn).
  • Experience with social scheduling and management tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, or native platform tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bonus: Skills in video editing, Figma, Canva, or short-form content production.

  • The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. This range is provided in compliance with local laws and regulations for candidates residing in California, New York, and New Jersey.

  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
