About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and results driven Senior Business Manager to support the CRE Portfolio Management team. This role will partner closely with the CRE Portfolio Management leadership team to drive strategic process and technology projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence business and client priorities, driving accountability across all internal functions supporting the business
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across budgeting and forecasting, infrastructure planning, and broad compliance and operational risk efforts
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that ensure the businesses remain compliant with regulatory and internal standards
  • Ensure appropriate remediation of critical issues
  • Strategically engage with peers and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to functional leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of corporate & investment banking business management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience of Commercial Real Estate
  • 5+ years experience of managing large projects and initiatives
  • Financial Analysis exp to include but not limited to PnL, Staffing, Budgeting etc
  • Ability to navigate around highly matrixed organization
  • Communication and presentation skills and ability to consult and partner with other business stake holders.
