We are seeking a systems-savvy CPQ Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process, user experience, and technology—and who sees CPQ not just as a tool, but as a critical product that drives revenue velocity, scale, and sales effectiveness.

Partnering with the head of Rev Ops. you will drive the CPQ roadmap and be responsible for identifying improvements, translating business needs into functional capabilities, and delivering enhancements that streamline our quoting experience. This is a high-impact role with visibility across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT, and a strong growth path into broader product or GTM systems leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver against the CPQ Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize enhancements that improve quoting speed, accuracy, and usability
  • Translate Business Needs: Gather feedback from stakeholders and turn it into clear user stories, requirements, and success metrics
  • Drive Execution: Partner with admins, developers, and IT teams to deliver scalable features and configurations across product catalog, pricing rules, discount approvals, and quote workflows
  • Ensure Quality & Adoption: Oversee UAT, release management, and change enablement to ensure smooth rollouts and strong adoption
  • Monitor & Optimize: Track usage, identify friction points, and propose iterative improvements to maximize CPQ impact
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and RevOps to align on business priorities and quote-to-cash strategy

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Enterprise Systems Strategy
  • Hands-on experience with a CPQ platform such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Oracle CPQ, or Logik.io
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and B2B sales motions (SW + HW preferred)
  • Ability to synthesize business feedback into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile methods and iterative development cycles
  • Bonus: experience with pricing strategy, product catalog design, or sales enablement
