What will you be doing?

As a Product Manager, you will partner closely with users across commercial and corporate functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. You will drive the roadmap for enhancements and innovations ensuring cross-functional alignment and success KPIs. Your primary focus will be on leveraging automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, prioritize initiatives, and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of automation and AI-driven products—from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, conceptualization, and alignment of automation and AI initiatives that address key business challenges and drive operational efficiency.
  • Engage directly with commercial and corporate stakeholders to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and data to pinpoint areas where automation or AI can deliver significant impact.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product updates, and data-driven recommendations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Represent technology in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and project execution.
  • Work autonomously in a dynamic environment, providing clear, defensible recommendations for automation and AI adoption.
  • Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and business results.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technology, commercial/corporate functions, and change management teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new solutions.
  • Document requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts for new features and process enhancements.
  • Maintain a library of best practices, case studies, and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of product management, consulting, transformation roles.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) and AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs). Particularly Microsoft’s Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster collaborative interaction with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in translating client needs/priorities into product requirements; Understands product components and manages the process of development, deployment, and post-launch activity.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytic abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000.


This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
