  • Structure and create compelling communications that package analysis and recommendations in order to drive stakeholders to action

  • Confidence in politely, but persistently, defending a well-informed point of view. Humbleness to recognize that alternative points of view and new data/learnings can refine the answer.

  • Day-to-day tactical management of critical CEO/ELT sponsored programs

  • Tactical support of focused growth/operational projects across the business as the need arises

  • Solve tough problems in the business by digging into operational or growth areas where the business has an opportunity, identify concrete actions to pursue, and either set up a cross-functional team or serve as the point to drive progress

  • Support the strategic planning process

  • Partner with FP&A and other functions on the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on the Strategic/ELT scorecard and other key ELT/Board presentations to communicate progress against our Value Creation Plan

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required; MBA or equivalent degree strongly preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, corporates strategy, investment banking or similar roles

  • Experience managing mission critical work such as strategic planning, business case development, or special initiatives in a corporate environment

  • Knowledge and experience within healthcare or healthcare IT a plus
