Nelson Mullins is seeking to hire lateral partner candidates with significant experience serving defense sector clients, to join its Corporate Group. The location of this position is flexible within our primary office locations. You must be a member in good standing with the state bar where you reside.

A Day in the Life

Experienced in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, you will ensure companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds are provided strategic advice in a variety of aspects related to their growth and structures.  

We Know You

You have fifteen to twenty-five years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience and a portable book of clients serving the Defense Sector. Your practice is focused, and you are deeply knowledgeable in serving clients in a variety of corporate matters.

Our compensation range for this position is $300K - $500K, depending on the size of the historical and portable book of business. Additional bonus opportunities are also possible.
