The Datadog Legal Department is seeking a professional to support its corporate legal function. In this role, you will be supporting the corporate legal team with US securities laws and other regulatory filings, drafting and research across the corporate legal function. You will also manage legal aspects of special projects, contribute to driving process improvements and oversee certain administrative functions. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Corporate Paralegal, and work with other individuals inside and outside of the Legal Department.
The Legal Department supports Datadog's rapid growth by providing a wide range of legal services across a highly dynamic technology company, from driving new business via contracts and compliance efforts, to protecting Datadog's intellectual property. Datadog's Legal Department works with virtually every team across the organization, from engineering to product to marketing.

What You'll Do:
- Securities law filings such as Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 4 and Form 144
- Entity management, including the formation of corporate entities and the maintenance of parent and subsidiary organizational charts and full corporate records
- Corporate secretarial tasks
- Equity compensation plans
- Due diligence and KYC requests
- Special projects
- Other corporate and compliance tasks as needed
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal operations or administrative role
- Experience with G Suite, Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign
- Ability to draft basic documents such as powers of attorney, letters, filings and certificates
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments with various timelines
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to identify issues, collaborate across legal and non-legal teams and drive projects to completion
Bonus points:
- Public notary
- Experience managing international corporate organizational structures and documents
- Experience with Workiva, Entity Management Software
- Experience with KYC requests

$85,000—$115,000 USD
