About the Role

Crunchtime is expanding its reach within the North American market, focusing on finding a leader who can support our growing team. In 2026 and beyond, one of our largest growth markets will be the Mid-Market space, where we are investing heavily in supporting restaurant brands' profitability and consistency.

This individual will be responsible for supporting our 10-50 location segment of Corporate-owned brands with an intentional focus on building out the Account Executive (AE) team. This leader will have a significant opportunity to build their team around their vision; as such, we are seeking someone with experience building similar teams and working specifically within this market segment.

What you'll do as a Sales Manager
  • Team Building: Recruiting, hiring, and training of new Account Executives.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of Account Executives to develop and drive sales opportunities across the Mid-Market segment.

  • Performance Management: Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability across the AE team.

  • Coaching: Coach and develop the team's skill set and individual career growth.

  • Forecasting: Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts to the VP of Americas & EMEA.

  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business and expansion revenue within North America.

What we're looking for
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years managing Account Executives in SaaS.

  • Builder Mindset: Proven experience building out sales teams from the ground up in the Mid-Market segment

  • Proven Track Record: Previous overperformance as a SaaS Account Executive and a successful track record of leading teams to exceed their goals.

  • Deal Sophistication: Experience negotiating deals that are $10k-200k

  • Sales Methodology: Deep understanding of value-based sales and managing sales cycles efficiently.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to review KPI data to identify trends in execution and to create action plans if necessary.

  • Environment: A self-starter who enjoys working in an environment with autonomy and a “trust but verify” culture.

  • Travel: An individual experienced with on-site customer meetings and traveling an estimated 25% for company events, industry events, and customer on-sites.

Nice to haves
  • Tech Sales: Experience working with Inventory Management, Back Office, ERP, and/or other technologies that represent the "top 3 spend" for a customer.

  • Sales Frameworks: Experience with using GAP Selling and MEDDICC in pipeline reviews.

  • Vertical Knowledge: Experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality technology sector.

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full-time position will be $200,000 - $240,000.

 

Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to: job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Crunchtime has a location-based compensation system, so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
