With a portfolio spanning major university markets nationwide, the firm specializes in acquiring, repositioning, and managing core-plus and value-add communities, combining institutional-level investment analysis with hands-on operational execution. They are seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across a growing student housing portfolio. This is a highly visible growth role responsible for driving leasing performance, strengthening community engagement, and elevating the firm’s corporate brand presence. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the unique dynamics of student housing, and is energized by creating campaigns that connect with student populations and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and annual budgets for each community within the portfolio

  • Manage all property-level social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement

  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, including performance tracking and reporting

  • Execute email and text marketing campaigns aligned with critical leasing milestones

  • Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms such as Google and ApartmentRatings

  • Coordinate resident events and engagement initiatives that support retention and renewals

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, campus organizations, and student influencers

  • Maintain and optimize property websites to ensure accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused content

  • Train and mentor onsite marketing and leasing teams across the portfolio

  • Manage the corporate website, social media presence, and investor-facing marketing materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within student housing or multifamily real estate

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms

  • Working knowledge of Internet Listing Services (ILS) platforms such as Apartments.com, CollegeStudentApartments, and related multifamily/student housing marketing channels 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel to properties during peak leasing and turn periods

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • 10 days PTO/Vacation during the first year, increasing in 2-day increments annually up to a maximum of 15 days
