JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
 

Shared Services:
•    Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers compensation administration, leave of absence programs, compensation, and other employee programs.
•    Manage the internal and external annual open enrollment process
•    Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
•    Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
•    Manage national workers compensation claims and the interactive process. 
HRIS Management:
•    Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases with employee information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
•    Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
•    Provide training and support to HR and other staff on HRIS usage and best practices.
Compliance:
•    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
•    Manage all national leave of absence claims. 
•    Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting HR practices and update policies and procedures accordingly.
•    Assist in audits and investigations related to HR compliance matters.

Process Improvement:
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within HR shared services.
•    Participate in cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to HR processes and systems.
•    Continuously evaluate and streamline HR service delivery to meet organizational needs.
Customer Service:
•    Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
•    Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to deliver seamless HR services and support.
•    Manage the HR Generalist role.
•    Manage global HR projects. 
•    Performs other duties as assigned
