We are adding a Corporate FP&A Manager to the Finance team, who will be leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, providing crucial financial analysis and insights to senior leadership for decision-making, overseeing consolidated reporting, managing financial processes, and driving system/process improvements for accuracy and efficiency, all while collaborating cross-functionally to link financial plans with business goals.


What You Will Be Working On:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting (monthly/quarterly updates), and long-range planning (LRP) processes, including consolidation and communication of financial targets.
  • Strategic Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, perform ad-hoc analysis, and create business cases to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Analyze financial data to predict future cash inflows and outflows by subsidiary, managing liquidity, identifying risks, and reporting findings to guide strategic decisions.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Own consolidated financial reporting (Board, Investor Relations, Executive summaries), analyze variances, and present clear insights to guide business health.
  • Process & System Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, implementing systems (ie. Adaptive), and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

What You Bring Along:

  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate FP&A, preferably in fast-paced industries like B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • Experience with financial planning software (i.e., Adaptive) and large ERP systems (i.e. Netsuite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes, drive improvements, and work under pressure.
  • CPA/MBA preferred
Compensation

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.

These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation may be higher or lower than the amounts listed, and the ranges may be subject to future adjustments.

An individual’s placement within the range will depend on various factors, including (but not limited to) education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization.
