Overview:
Looking for a job that's anything but boring? As a Corporate Filing Specialist at Corporate Tools, you'll play a key role in helping businesses across the country get up and running. You'll be part of the team that handles official state filings-like forming LLCs, registering corporations, and keeping companies in good legal standing.
This isn't just paperwork. It's high-stakes problem-solving with real impact. You'll research state requirements, complete and submit legal forms, and make sure our clients don't miss a beat. You'll get to learn a ton about how businesses work behind the scenes-and you'll never run out of interesting challenges.
If you've got an eye for detail, love checking boxes (the right ones), and like helping people understand complex stuff without making it complicated, you'll fit right in. Legal background? Cool. Fast learner with a sharp mind? Even better.
Deadlines don't scare you. Typos do.
