This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:  A Corporate Events Manager reporting into the global events team, this position is responsible for supporting the success of corporate and strategic events. As the corporate event manager, you will partner with product marketing, sales, brand, enablement, and other key stakeholders to execute both internal events, such as global kickoff, analyst summit, customer advisory boards, and strategic third party events designed to help pipeline generation and acceleration.  This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally, obsesses over detail, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Event Execution: Project manage assigned events from start to finish by creating event playbooks, lead weekly stakeholder meetings, develop and present post event debriefs, and travel onsite or support virtually as needed.

  • Logistics Management: Oversee assigned event logistics, including placing booth orders, shipping materials and swag, and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of events.  

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with marketing, sales, business development, and other teams to manage booth design, presentation content, onsite staffing, and post-event analysis

  • Budget Oversight: Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.

  • Sales enablement: create and distribute materials designed to help sales promote our events. This includes drafting content for event pages, invites, emails, and FAQs

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience planning, executing, and measuring events

  • Fast acting, with excellent project management skills

  • The ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicator who can stay on top of tactical execution

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Strong communication, highly collaborative, and able to build relationships with cross functional teams

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in Colorado or California, the compensation range for this position is between $74,900 and $117,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
