About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Development Associate for a 4-month contract to lead the execution of a critical M&A transaction. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Legal Officer, this role will be responsible for driving all aspects of the deal process from diligence through to close.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as the project lead for the M&A deal, managing all workstreams across the transaction lifecycle

·       Coordinate cross-functional due diligence, including information gathering and data room oversight

·       Prepare executive and board-level presentations and summaries to support decision-making

·       Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, HR, etc.) and external advisors to ensure seamless execution

·       Track project timelines, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring accountability across stakeholders

·       Support early-stage integration planning and coordination

·       Use Salesforce and other internal tools to track target interactions, pipeline activity, and diligence progress

Qualifications: Required***

·       2–5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance

·       Demonstrated experience managing or supporting M&A transactions end-to-end

·       Strong financial modelling, strategic, and operational acumen

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

·       Self-starter with the ability to manage complex processes and drive outcomes independently

·       Proficiency with Salesforce required; familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual data rooms preferred
