We're searching for a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team . This position will be hybrid out of our Chicago office. Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $160,000 - $200,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities . Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission .

What You'll Do
- Provide legal support for our global insurance carrier business unit, including sales, service and product teams
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of B2B SaaS agreements, including MSAs, professional services agreements, partnerships and data processing agreements
- Represent legal and compliance with product development activities
- Identify compliance issues and engage with appropriate subject matter experts to resolve when necessary
- Manage disputes, litigation, and other matters
- Partner with the business to help achieve strategic goals by identifying and implementing process improvements as well as opportunities for innovative delivery of legal support

Your experience may include:
- 5 years of experience either at a law firm or enterprise SaaS software company
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS-related agreements with enterprise customers
- Experience negotiating data privacy and artificial intelligence contractual terms
