What You’ll Do- Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems.
- Prepare and review GAAP‑compliant financial statements and month‑end workpapers.
- Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting.
- Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
- Manage ASC842 lease accounting and monitor banking covenants.
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and complete required training.
- Directs all treasury functions, including lending, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with debt covenant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with an Accounting emphasis.
- CPA required.
- 10+ years in accounting/finance, including 2 years in public accounting preferred.
- 5+ years in a managerial role.
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards.
- Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work professionally across all levels.
