POSITION TITLE: Corporate Communications Analyst
LOCATION: Bermuda
REPORTS TO: AVP, Corporate Communications

POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will play an important role in communicating strategic business initiatives within RenaissanceRe, providing clear messaging and insights that build awareness and strengthen organizational alignment.
This role requires building strong relationships with a variety of key partners across RenaissanceRe. The collaborative individual must have excellent communication and consensus-building skills and be highly productive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to support a wide breadth of stakeholders including senior decision-makers, contribute to enterprise-level initiatives, and grow within a high-performing, globally connected team.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop, prepare and execute clear and compelling internal communications to foster organizational alignment and drive employee engagement.
- Support enterprise-wide strategic transformation and operational initiatives by aligning key messages to strategic priorities, developing effective change management materials, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver on shared priorities.
- Partner with key stakeholders across geographies and functions including Operations, Delivery and Change, IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing to develop relevant communications.
- Project manage important communications end-to-end, including drafting content and aligning process with multiple stakeholders.
- Draw connections and share insight across corporate communications and other functional areas and regions to ensure a coordinated approach to organizational communications.
- Maintain strong knowledge of financial results, business activities and sector current events.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
- A University degree required
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in Financial Services or Management Consulting preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; keen attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills and presentation development skills (PowerPoint & other tools)
- Strong analytical skills; advanced knowledge of Excel advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated ability in producing and executing large events and presentations (such as live town halls and recorded video presentations) for global professional audiences
- Proven ability to successfully work with senior level executives
- Excellent interpersonal and consensus-building skills
- Significant experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across diverse teams
