WHO WE NEED:
The Corporate Ambassador is the “face of HCSS” – the first face our employees and visitors see when arriving on campus. The Corporate Ambassador is responsible for all office administration, coordination and execution of internal events, and executive assistance for our (internal) Board members. You’ll have the professional polish to be poised, polite, and relaxed in most instances, as well as handle awkward or unfamiliar situations with ease and assertiveness. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sugar Land, Texas.
Qualifications:

- Has at least 1 year of experience within a corporate business environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Front of the House
- Greet, welcome and sign-in guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Assist employees
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) – reception area includes: Front Desk, Visitor
Bathroom, Seating Area, and Lobby TVs
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/Gchat
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order office, kitchen & facilities supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Internal Events
- Administer all catering orders
- Partner with Facilities to coordinate all event operations (preparation,
communications, scheduling, etc.), as well as understand and execute the
requirements for each event
- Perform final checks on the day of the event (space, tables, technology, etc.) to ensure
everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Collect and evaluate feedback from each event
C-Suite Executive Support
- Book travel

Ad Hoc Support
- Caricatures Administration
