Our AI & Cloud Services team is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Copilot Change Management Consultant to join us. In this role, you’ll help clients drive meaningful business transformation with Microsoft technologies—focusing not just on implementation, but on people, adoption, and measurable value realization.

 This is a remote position and candidates can be based anywhere in the United States.

Role Overview

As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, you will play a hands-on role delivering change management across Microsoft technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot for M365, AI-enabled ways of working, and Modern Workplace transformation.

You will partner closely with clients, project managers, and technical delivery teams to assess readiness, manage change impacts, design adoption strategies, and support users through technology-driven change. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys doing the work, including building assets, facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and helping organizations confidently adopt new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management Delivery

  • Execute OCM activities across Microsoft technology projects, including Copilot for M365, Modern Workplace (M365 / O365), Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft solutions
  • Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR / Prosci) to drive adoption and business outcomes.
  • Conduct Stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans, including communications strategies, training and enablement plans, adoption and reinforcement approaches
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage resistance, risks, and adoption challenges.
  • Deliver change management activities within the scope of defined project Statements of Work.

Copilot & AI Adoption Focus

  • Support Copilot for M365 implementations by designing change and adoption strategies that help users understand AI capabilities, build trust in AI-powered tools, apply Copilot effectively in day-to-day work
  • Translate Copilot features into clear, role-based messaging that connects AI functionality to real business value and use cases.
  • Partner with technical teams to support responsible AI adoption and evolving ways of working.
  • Develop Copilot enablement assets such as adoption playbooks, training materials, FAQs and user guides, role-based scenarios and use cases
  • Facilitate Copilot-focused workshops, training sessions, and enablement activities.

Client Engagement & Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted change partner to client stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to support adoption and readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, OCM Leads, Technical and functional consultants
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with audiences at all levels of an organization.
  • Recognize potential additional client needs or opportunities while supporting current engagements.
  • Contribute to Quisitive’s reusable OCM assets, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Client engagements may include mid-market to enterprise clients across industries undergoing Microsoft-driven digital and AI transformation.

Consulting & Professional Responsibilities 

  • Work independently while also contributing as a productive member of a delivery team.
  • Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and accountability across multiple engagements.
  • Navigate ambiguity with flexibility and resilience.

 Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience organizational change management, preferably in a Microsoft-focused consulting environment.
  • Recent experience working with customers on Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience supporting technology implementations, ideally within M365 or Modern Workplace initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Working knowledge of ADKAR methodology; Prosci certification strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and guide organizations through change.
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and project lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to travel to required customer meetings

 Preferred / Differentiators

  • Awareness of data privacy, security and responsible AI considerations when driving adoption.
  • Experience driving adoption for multiple Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics).
  • Experience working independently on OCM or Microsoft adoption engagements.
  • Strong business acumen related to organizational challenges and change impacts.
  • Prior consulting experience delivering change management on client-facing projects.
