Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the tactical execution of the contract management office responsibilities. In addition, as the first point of contact for user's questions, your goal is to also ensure they can efficiently use the enterprise (Contract Lifecycle Management) CLM system. This is all in support driving improvements to each segment of the CLM process delivering value, efficiency, and compliance for the company.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; and Hyattsville, MD.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Main point of contact for workflow questions related to the administration and process flow of the of the CLM tool.
- Responsible for determining appropriate responses to CLM users in a timely manner.
- Assist users with CLM technical training program.
- Performs quality control of the contract metadata.
- Links associated contract documents to ensure accurate CLM functionality.
- Reviews contract review status and follows up with appropriate users to ensure timely completion of actions by contract approvers and contract initiators.

Qualifications:
- High School degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience using and supporting either a CLM, P2P, or e-sourcing software.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with a willingness to get into the details of complex problems.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams both throughout the organization and with external business partners • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with handling legal contracts
- Project management training and/or certification and/or hands on experience
- Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management applications
- Experience working with back office and front office applications
