The Coordinator, Business & International Operations plays a critical role in scaling two strategic growth initiatives: International expansion and the Accessible Travel Program. Launched in January 2025, Fora’s Accessible Travel Program positions the company as a leader in the rapidly growing accessible travel market—driving inclusion while unlocking meaningful commercial growth.
This is a high ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is excited to build structure from the ground up, and wants hands-on exposure to how new business lines are launched, operationalized, and scaled. You will work closely with partners across the company to turn early traction into durable, repeatable programs that improve advisor experience and drive sustainable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccessible Travel Program
- Own day-to-day execution of the Accessible Travel Program, building scalable workflows, systems, and advisor resources.
- Manage program budget, external consultants, and key supplier, media, and community partnerships.
- Track performance and implement operational improvements to increase advisor efficiency and sales impact.
International Operations
- Support strategic projects across the International Team, including testing new channels, products, and go-to-market approaches for global expansion.
- Work cross-functionally to execute project plans and track milestones, KPIs, and program impact to support broader roll-out.
- Design and implement scalable, support operational systems to support a fast-growing global advisor base.
- Identify gaps in processes or execution and proactively design and implement solutions (e.g. automating support flows, reducing ticket volume, and improving self-service tools).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience; previous work in operations, consulting, or a startup is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias toward action.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and solve problems independently.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work diplomatically across diverse stakeholders.
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $60K–$90K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

Authorization to work in the United States is required for full-time roles based in our New York City office. Fora is unable to sponsor or assist with U.S. work authorization. Roles based outside of the United States are not subject to this requirement.
