You will collaborate closely with the product team to manage release processes, maintain backend data, assist with JIRA maintenance, oversee project details, and contribute to business reporting. Additionally, you will oversee approval processes and promote administrative controls. In this role, you will identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to developing solutions that enhance our support model.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily support tickets, resolving technical questions and challenges for system users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage administrative control tasks and data uploads.
- Oversee product release monitoring and assist in refining related activities.
- Evaluate and redesign internal business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support testing and validation of new system features to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Communicate with product teams and system users, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Assist in project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Conduct meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and design solution-based technical approaches, utilizing statistical methods and tools for data analysis.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years in a professional setting.
- Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytics for solving business problems through structured approaches.
- Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills for synthesizing information and making decisions.
- Well-organized with a structured approach to managing projects, achieving tight timelines, and prioritizing across cross-functional groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting across departments and with senior-level individuals.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and qTest required.
- Understanding of quality control and assurance testing, supporting various quality programs.
- Ability to guide others through system functionalities, providing clear instruction and support.
- Exhibits flexibility in managing changing priorities and has proven skills in developing automation through prompt engineering required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- General JIRA knowledge
- Knowledge of LESS Agile practices
- General understanding of various technology stacks (e.g., cloud platforms like AWS)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
- Utilization of data wrangling services (Alteryx, Tableau) a plus.
- Familiarity with qTest or similar test management tools is a plus.
