Systems & Controls

  • Implement and manage scalable systems for GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and documentation to support future audit readiness

Tax, Audit, and Compliance

  • Oversee tax compliance (US and international), including entity structuring and transfer pricing
  • Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and third party consultants
  • Support state, federal, and international compliance filings

Operations & International

  • Coordinate accounting for SPVs, JVs, and HoldCos in key international markets
  • Support project finance activities, including tracking capex, opex, and milestone spend

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and mentor a lean accounting team
  • Report regularly to leadership on key metrics, risks, and forecasts

Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent required
  • 8+ years experience, ideally including time in both public accounting and a high-growth startup
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, SaaS/hardware hybrid models, and multi-entity consolidation
  • Experience with international operations, project accounting, and audit readiness
  • Systems-oriented (we use QuickBooks now, but planning for Netsuite or equivalent)
  • Low ego, high ownership, and high attention to detail

Why You’ll Love It Here

This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up with the right support behind you. You'll shape the backbone of a company redefining global mobility, with direct exposure to executive leadership and high impact decisions. We’re a fast-moving, mission driven team operating at the intersection of hardware, software, and infrastructure, so if you have experience with inventory, manufacturing, or project-based accounting we encourage you to apply.
