Join us as a Contracts and Pricing Senior Analyst and play a key role in shaping strategic pricing decisions that directly support our commercial success. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with commercial leaders and sales teams across the business, influencing decisions through data, insights and expert contract management. What will you be doing?

  • Supporting sales teams by delivering precontract sensitivity analysis including price and revenue modelling and reviewing profitability and revenue risk exposure.

  • Managing the pricing approval process using our contract management system and aligned business guidelines.

  • Developing and interpreting contract performance reporting and trend analysis for sales organizations.

  • Producing customised contract reporting as required using the tools within our contract management system.

  • Guiding sales teams on the strategic intent and parameters of available programs and guidelines.

  • Supporting the development of RFP and contract responses including customer-facing materials and document coordination.

  • Providing account level and contract sales reporting to internal teams and external customers.

  • Ensuring contract obligations are met accurately and on time with full understanding of requirements.

  • Using contract management system tools to provide data that enables strong business decisions and ensures compliance.

  • Identifying and supporting process improvements and best practices throughout the contract lifecycle to drive efficiency and productivity.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related quantitative or commercial discipline required.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, contracts, commercial finance, revenue management, or related commercial analytics roles is required.

  • Strong presentation and data visualization skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strategic, critical thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑support capabilities.

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience applying contract principles, language, and concepts.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $87,250.00 to $151,500.00 USD annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
