Job Description

Responsible for communicating service contract renewals, including commercial terms and conditions, to customers, ensuring timely and accurate first-time communication. Tracks delivery of renewal communications and follows up as needed to ensure process completion.
Responsible for maintaining accurate data in SAP CRM systems and updating all required documentation to support the contract renewal process. Escalates unresponsive cases to relevant counterparts and the Contracts Sales Director when necessary.
Works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to structure proposals and agreements aligned with business objectives and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate service contract renewals, including terms and conditions, to customers
• Track and ensure timely delivery of first-time renewal communications
• Maintain and update contract data in SAP CRM and related systems
• Ensure all required documentation is complete for contract renewal processing
• Escalate non-responsive customers or stakeholders to the appropriate internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to support contract structuring and execution
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Experience working with CRM systems (SAP CRM is a plus)
• Onsite position – Mexico
