Contract Administrator
Your Mission As Contracts Administrator
A Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing, redlining and drafting contractual agreements between Energage and its customers, partners, contractors and suppliers. This position demands a solid understanding of legal terminology, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure that all contracts comply with relevant regulations, policies and standards. Working closely with all levels of the organization and external parties, a Contracts Administrator aims to minimize risk and maximize value for Energage in every agreement.
A Contracts Administrator will also play a key role in achieving sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), increase net revenue retention (NRR) and drive operational discipline for renewals management.

In this role, you’ll...
- Review and redline contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure contracts adhere to all applicable laws and Energage policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with needs and expectations.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation.
- Assist with the resolution of contract disputes and issues.
- Review and draft contract amendments and extensions.
- Draft various new contractual agreements using existing templates.
- Identify opportunities for contract process improvements and system enhancements.
- Maintain and further develop methodology to document and track contracts.
- Assist in updating contract templates to ensure consistency in terms and coverage of required terms for each contract type.
- Assist and support Director, Contracts Management and Contract Advisor team as needed.
What Your Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in contract analysis or related role.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions and best practices.
- Experience with risk management and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and other assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, adaptable and flexible
Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, they are also given the occasional opportunity for in person interaction. Whether in our office in Exton, PA , or in a coworking space/out in their local area. Only candidates in the Eastern Standard Time will be considered. This role is available for remote work in a variety of locations with some exclusions:

- Massachusetts
- New York City
- Washington
- Outside of the US
