About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for a motivated and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join the team for a 6-month contract! You will play an important role in the success of recruiting and candidate experience at Abnormal. This role requires attention to detail and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company. Not only will you play a huge role on our team, but across all teams as we grow. This is an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and growing their career.

What you will do 
  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview requests with speed and efficiency
  • Communicate well and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally
  • Ensure all candidates have a world-class and positive experience from start to finish, by providing a smooth, engaging, and efficient process
  • Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Solve scheduling conflicts and help expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks 

Must Haves 
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferably in tech/SaaS)
  • Experience managing a high volume of scheduling requests 
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency within an ATS; Greenhouse preferred

Nice to Have 
  • Pacific Time Zone location preferred
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing system
  • Experience using ModernLoop or similar scheduling software
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack
