Our culture and people are what set us apart from other post-acute care providers. We’re dedicated to the growth and development of our team to set them up for success. We CARE for our patients like they are our own FAMILY.

This is a remote, contract position to support high-volume recruitment.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
At Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN), we care for patients where they spend the majority of their time – in their homes. Today we care for patients who need skilled home care and hospice services. You won’t find our brand in many places because we partner with health systems, jointly running home health and hospice agencies that use their brand. This is part of our strategy. By being part of the health system team, we can ensure each patient has a well-coordinated care plan that remains consistent whether the patient is seeing their primary care physician, receiving treatment in a hospital, or under our care in the home.

As a Contract Recruiter, the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients by identifying and hiring RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy staff, and Home Health Aides to provide excellent care.  You will also support staffing of our office personnel and other roles as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:
We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance with flexibility for you to select what works best for you. Eligible teammates receive paid time off and may participate in the 401K, if they choose. Historically the company has matched 401K contributions which helps build your nest egg even faster. Finally, our benefit program includes company paid life, disability insurance, and a robust Employee Assistance Program.

HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll provide recruitment and talent support for assigned agency location(s). You will work side by side with their hiring leaders to identify agency staffing needs, including RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Therapy, HHA and office personnel.  You’ll participate in the recruitment strategy process to ensure a talent pipeline and identify that the right people are aligned with the position and company’s mission and vision.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Strategize: Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Customer Service: Maintain relationships with the candidate and hiring leader through all stages of the recruitment process.

  • Workflow: Review applications to determine eligibility, screen qualified candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, schedule interviews with hiring leaders, manage job advertisements and manage workflow in ATS.

  • Teamwork: Partner with the other Talent Specialists as needed and work with Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Policies: Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes.

HARD & SOFT SKILLS:

  • Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail is critical, as is being observant.

  • Problem solving and create solutions to drive to a course of action.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of relevant work-related experience required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience required

  • Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred

  • Social media recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Capable of all physical demands

  • Occasional travel to partner location(s)

We’ll help you put your passion for patient care to work.  Apply today!
