Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review, revise, and negotiate all carrier and master services agreements, licenses, leases and occupancy agreements, order forms, amendments, and other binding agreements
  • Create and maintain all contract records, oversee the document execution process and maintain compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Lead regular contract meetings with all relevant stakeholders to ensure contract terms and conditions are consistent with internal stakeholder goals
  • Responsible for moving contracts and change orders through an established process to completion, including working with all applicable stakeholders on documents that are not progressing in a timely manner
  • Work with our external legal counsel to improve process flow for all contracts from inception through to execution
  • Train and guide internal stakeholders with NDAs, order forms, contracts, and workflow creation and automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management and/or contract negotiation
