What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the source of truth for eCommerce brands. Our platform centralizes the entire analytics stack—from profit tracking and customer insights to marketing attribution and creative intelligence. We empower brands with the visibility they need to make smarter decisions, scale faster, and optimize every dollar spent.

Why Triple Whale Needs You:

Triple Whale is growing, and so is our need for high-quality, high-impact content.  We're looking for a versatile content marketer to help us double content production, unblock our content backlog, and relieve pressure.

This role is critical to fueling our brand storytelling, partner marketing initiatives, and data-driven thought leadership. We’re developing more product launches, more partner activations, and more insights from our advertising data than ever before. We need a Content Writer to help bring them all to life.

What You'll Do:
  • Support key content programs across a wide set of initiatives
  • Write blogs, longform guides, and campaign content for product launches
  • Collaborate on playbooks and use-case explainers tied to Triple Whale’s AI products
  • Create assets across the lifecycle of our launches (from teaser to post-launch wrap)
  • Write SEO-focused blog content based on our roadmap
  • Analyze and produce data-driven benchmarks reports from Triple Whale's proprietary ad performance data
  • Contribute co-branded assets with key partners ( Klaviyo, Postscript, ShipBob & more)
  • Support ABM plays, webinar content, and partner integrations
  • Write emails, flows, and promotional content across the funnel
  • Ghostwrite bylines and executive content in the AI space
What You'll Bring:
  • SaaS content marketing experience: You’ve created content that drives engagement and conversions in a B2B software environment.
  • Ecommerce experience: You know the lingo, the trends, and the pain points of direct-to-consumer brands
    •  Triple Whale experience is a major bonus.
  • Content versatility: You’re comfortable writing blog posts, reports, playbooks, marketing collateral, and lifecycle emails.
  • Executional excellence: You know how to take a project from concept to completion
  • Collaborative mindset: You're excited to work closely with marketers, PMs, analysts, execs, and agency partners.
  • Curiosity & adaptability: You’re open to growing into this role and shaping it based on what you do best.
Our Values
  • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.
  • We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage.
  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.
Perks
  • Greatest Team: A world-class team of the brightest and most talented out there! Work with fun, hardworking, kind, nice people who are passionate about what they do
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and equity
  • Family Focus: Parental leave and flexibility for families
  • Time Off: Generous PTO. We want you to relax when you need to relax!
  • Healthcare: Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K: 3% matching
