The Content Strategy Manager will develop client-specific content strategies, manage projects, write, edit, and optimize content across various channels while leading a team and ensuring brand consistency.
Terra is seeking a Content Strategy Manager to help lead a diverse range of client accounts, craft novel strategies, and create outstanding content. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and strong writer with experience in client-facing agency work and a proven ability to craft content that aligns with ambitious marketing & PR goals.
Who You Are
- You’re a strategic thinker with 7+ years of experience, including at a creative or digital agency, leading client-facing projects and crafting effective content strategies.
- You’re a strong communicator who’s confident presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- You’re a skilled writer and editor with a knack for producing polished, high-impact content across formats like articles, webpages, emails, social, and display ads.
- You bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every piece of content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business goals, and audience needs.
- You’re deeply familiar with or highly motivated to learn the nuances of the healthcare sector.
- You are a collaborative, confident leader who excels at building relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized.
- You are skilled at managing your time and establishing priorities while remaining flexible to adapt to shifting client demands.
- Skilled at creating presentation decks that clearly articulate strategic recommendations
- Proficient in SEO research and keyword strategy
- Familiar with UX writing principles and best practices
- Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating with design teams
- Excited to build content that performs on social media, including through A/B testing

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals and present strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Develop tailored content strategies that align with business objectives, audience needs, brand voice, and regulatory guidance.
- Conduct and apply research to inform your recommendations and content development.
- Write and edit content across formats, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand and compliance standards.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations through thoughtful execution and independent ownership of workstreams.
- Work closely with the client to gather input, align on messaging, and respond to feedback across iterative review cycles.
- Help develop toolkits, templates, and guidelines that support content rollout.
- Build strong relationships with client teams through proactive communication, strategic insight, and reliable delivery.
- Partner with our SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of multichannel, multiformat content campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve content processes, strengthen strategic alignment, and enhance the overall partnership.
