We are looking for an ambitious, growth-minded Content Marketing Specialist who wants to build real marketing experience across multiple disciplines, not just check boxes in one lane. This role sits at the intersection of content, social, and customer storytelling, and is designed for someone who is ready to own meaningful work from day one and grow fast.

You'll manage our social media agency relationship and content calendar, lead our case study production process, handle blog publishing and website updates, and work directly with AI tools as part of daily content workflows. You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Content Strategist & AI Content Lead and have broad visibility across the full content function, giving you the kind of diverse, hands-on experience that accelerates a marketing career quickly.

What You Will Do

Social Media

  • Manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our social media agency: brief, review, provide feedback, and approve content.

  • Contribute to social strategy directionally, identifying content themes, trending topics, and engagement opportunities, in collaboration with the Senior Content Strategist.

  • Monitor social performance metrics and report on what's working; surface insights to inform the broader content strategy.

  • Engage with community comments and conversations in a brand-appropriate way.

Case Study Program

  • Own the end-to-end case study process: coordinate customer approvals, schedule interviews, manage production timelines, and track status.

  • Work with AI tools and the Senior Content Strategist to produce case study drafts from interview transcripts and raw notes.

  • Manage customer and internal review cycles, ensuring feedback is incorporated accurately and on schedule.

  • Maintain a pipeline of case study candidates in coordination with the customer success and sales teams.

Blog & Website Content

  • Publish blog posts in WordPress environment: formatting, tagging, image selection, SEO metadata, and internal linking.

  • Maintain and update evergreen website content pages as needed, coordinating with design when changes require visual updates.

  • Keep the editorial calendar organized and current, flagging scheduling conflicts or gaps to the Senior Content Strategist.

  • QA content before publishing; checking formatting, links, images, and metadata.

What You Have Done
  • 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a related marketing coordinator role.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects, you keep things moving without needing to be managed.

  • Experience managing or coordinating with an external agency or vendor.

  • Hands-on experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).

  • Familiarity with WordPress platforms, comfortable publishing and formatting content without developer help.

  • Excellent written communication; you don't need to be a head writer, but you can spot an error and write a clear, on-brand caption.

  • A self-starter mentality, you look for ways to contribute beyond your job description and take initiative without waiting to be asked.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to build fluency in them as a core professional skill, not just a nice-to-have.

What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Experience using AI writing tools for drafting or editing content.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.

  • Experience in B2B or tech marketing environments.

  • Exposure to customer marketing, case study production, or customer success workflows.

If you’re early in your marketing career and want to learn fast, this role is unusually broad for a coordinator-level position — in a good way! You’ll work across social, content, customer storytelling, and AI-powered production, collaborating with senior marketers who are invested in your development. We’re not looking for someone to stay in a lane; we’re looking for someone ready to grow out of this role and into something bigger!
