About PushPress
PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.
We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.
We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.
We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.

- Develop a structured program to regularly audit and update existing content for improved SEO, AEO, and GEO performance, ensuring ongoing discoverability and relevance
- Lead the blog programs, producing or editing long-form content that supports product, community, and brand narratives
- Oversee content distribution across Reddit, YouTube, and earned media, building relationships with community and industry outlets
- Partner with Product and Marketing to align SEO-driven content with campaigns, launches, and customer journeys
- Measure and report on organic growth KPIs, including traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and backlink profile

What You'll Bring
- 2 to 3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup

- Fluency in measuring content and social performance using analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills with an eye for audience intent and discoverability
- Clear communication skills and experience reporting on progress, priorities, and results to senior leadership
- Ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and marketing functions
- Willingness to take ownership of execution while staying aligned with strategic direction from the Head of Content
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience creating content for SaaS products including blogs, social campaigns, landing pages, and case studies
- Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword-driven experiments, and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tooling for workflow management and content creation
- Experience with YouTube SEO, community engagement on Reddit or industry forums, and digital PR for earned media
