As Harvey's first content marketing hire, you will lead development and execution of a best-in-class content strategy that elevates Harvey’s voice in the market. This role involves planning and developing engaging and educational content specifically for legal generative AI products, while collaborating closely with various teams across the company. Your work will be crucial for fueling our demand generation engine to drive awareness, generate leads, and create pipeline.
What You’ll DoPlan and produce written content (including blog posts, ebooks, reports, case studies, and more) that will educate and engage people working in legal and other professional services
Drive the evolution of content formats ie. video, interactive experiences
Collaborate with product marketing, customer engagement, and brand teams to develop and execute content plans that engage and educate Harvey’s prospects
Partner closely with channel owners to drive content distribution across owned, earned, and paid media, and improve engagement through testing and optimization
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or journalism
Proven ability to develop and create compelling content that engages and educates
Bonus points for experience creating content for legal tech products or writing for legal professionals or other complex, highly specialized audiences
A sharp editorial eye, strong writing skills, and an ability to translate complex ideas into captivating narratives
Experience in using tools to measure success and optimize for performance
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing production timelines across multiple stakeholders
