We're looking for one or more enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Content Marketing or Demand Generation Associate. This role is critical for driving leads for our cutting-edge legal knowledge search and knowledge assistant products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong demonstrated interest and experience in marketing and a proactive mindset, as well as excellent writing skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy  by creating targeted campaigns and content for our priority customer stakeholders
  • Develop positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the benefits and functionalities of our products to potential customers
  • Write and curate engaging content that can be disseminated efficiently to multiple channels such as our blog, social media, email newsletters, etc. These include whitepapers, case studies, and other content as needed
  • Manage and optimize multichannel (email, social media, etc) communications, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and targeted outreach to key accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to organize campaigns around accounts as well as product initiatives, as they arise
  • Use various marketing and sales automation tools to promote, track and monitor content campaigns at all stages of the marketing funnel
  • Create, monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
  • Research and monitor the market to identify trends, opportunities and risks
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills. Writing experience is important; please submit a writing sample with your application.
  • Analytical data-driven mindset but orientation towards getting things done quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Webflow etc. Good understanding of SEO and analytics
  • Ideally, experience with account-based marketing as well as content marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of or interest in the LegalTech / AI SaaS landscape
  • Enjoy learning and growing with the company
