All About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Content Management Specialist to help bring our brand stories to life across our three websites: Frigidaire, Electrolux, and Family Store. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing, managing, and optimizing website content that blends strong storytelling with an e-commerce mindset. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and product marketing, sales, SEO, and analytics, to create new content and enhance existing pages using our content management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publish marketing and promotional content to brand websites in alignment with the content calendar, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with marketing and design teams to develop compelling, on-brand content that aligns with SEO best practices and adheres to company style guidelines
- Develop a strong understanding of the Frigidaire and Electrolux brand voices, tone, and content styles—and confidently tailor content to match each brand
- Build and update landing pages and site content using CMS platforms such as Optimizely, SmartEdit, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Support multimedia efforts by editing photo and video assets in collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor and analyze content performance across brand websites in partnership with the analytics team to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content priorities with business goals and timelines
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture by leading with empathy, collaboration, and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience creating content for websites and promotions; strong AP Style knowledge
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely, SmartEdit, AEM); basic photo/video editing
- Experience with project tools (e.g., Monday.com) and working with cross-functional teams
