This role is fully remote.


Job Description:

We’re looking for a  Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute content, email, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. You’ll own the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns, manage email communications, develop compelling copy and multimedia assets (graphics, videos, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials), and support the measurement and optimization of these initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role: you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Partner & Marketing Operations Specialist, the GTM team, sales, customer success, and external agencies. We’re looking for someone who can craft strong messaging, design visually engaging assets, bring fresh creative energy, and help strengthen our brand presence. Experience in tech is preferred, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or tech services.


Responsibilities:

Content & Creative

  • Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Produce engaging multimedia content (graphics, PDFs, promotional videos, web/print collateral, etc) in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Canva.
  • Partner with the GTM team to develop sales enablement and go-to-market collateral (one-pagers, slide decks, etc). 
  • Develop customer case studies highlighting use cases and success stories.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Create compelling social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Youtube using HubSpot.
  • Schedule, post, and engage with audiences in line with brand voice.
  • Track social performance and trends; recommend adjustments to improve engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on paid ad campaigns (Google & LinkedIn Ads).

Email Marketing

  • Manage, segment, and grow existing email lists to maximize engagement and deliver targeted content.
  • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns to warm prospects, nurture leads, and retain clients.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance; optimize content, design, and targeting for better results. 
  • Implement list segmentation and data hygiene practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan, design, and distribute monthly e-newsletters with relevant company and industry updates.

Analytics & Growth

  • Monitor KPIs for content, email, social, and website performance.
  • Use data to make recommendations for improvements across channels.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, or other marketing analytics tools.
  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
  • Identify opportunities for improved positioning, reach, and growth.

Required:

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on email marketing, content creation,  and brand management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in tech, cybersecurity, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Basic design/layout skills for web and print collateral.
  • Ability to edit video snippets or graphics for social/media campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful with available tools.
  • Eager to learn, propose new ideas, and bring new perspectives to marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working remotely with proven productivity in remote environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience and understanding of SEO fundamentals and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with the ability to review and optimize advertising efforts.
