Customer Service Reliability Representatives are vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RELIABILITY FACILITATORS ENJOY MOST
  • With support of facilitator guide, lead learners through appropriate activities, discussions and debriefs, as well as provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer
  • Coach learners on specific skills within a role, process or system
  • Observe training end-users to gain deeper understanding of how training translates in the business
  • Monitor individual and class performance to ensure performance and new hire standards are met
  • Perform all administrative duties including class and lab preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance (e.g., test scores, evaluations, strengths, development needs, and attendance)

On a given day you facilitate learning to develop participants skill sets. This includes a variety of delivery methods including classroom learning, team meetings, virtual sessions and virtual learning debriefs through a variety of delivery methods.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: Training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting: 2+ years; Experience or equivalent in the functional area and or business unit: 2+ years
  • Skills: Critical thinking and analytical skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Familiarity with different learning approaches
  • Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively; Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management; Presenting/training groups of individuals online and in person
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
