The Consumer Marketing Analyst will analyze campaign performance, build reports, implement marketing attribution models, and provide insights for strategic marketing decisions.
We're looking for a data-driven, Marketing Analyst to join our Consumer Marketing team. This role is critical in helping us measure and optimize performance across campaigns, clients, and member journeys. You'll collaborate with partner marketing, channel marketers, content strategists, and growth teams to surface insights, inform strategy, and help guide marketing effectiveness at scale. You'll help establish attribution models, instrument marketing tracking, and build the infrastructure needed to evaluate multi-touch campaign performance across the funnel. Your work will ensure smarter decision-making by delivering the right data and analysis to measure the impact, identify opportunities, and improve execution.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance across marketing channels to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports to track goals (e.g., engagement, conversion, visit volume) across campaigns, programs, and client segments.
- Partner with Consumer Marketing leads to develop measurement frameworks and define success metrics for main programs.
- Develop and implement marketing attribution models—including multi-touch attribution—to evaluate and improve the impact of cross-channel campaigns.
- Instrument marketing tracking across web, email, paid media, and other main channels to ensure end-to-end visibility into campaign performance and user behavior.
- Design A/B and multivariate tests to support performance improvement and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics partners to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Translate complex data into clear, relevant insights and stories for partners.
- Monitor member engagement and segment performance to support more personalized and targeted marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total analytics experience, including 3+ years in a dedicated marketing analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions) ; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience in marketing attribution, including designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models to measure campaign impact across the funnel.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Proven builder with experience establishing or scaling new analytics capabilities, systems, or processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that drive decisions.
- Strong project management, including the ability to present complex findings.
- Highly collaborative and ability to work across diverse teams.
- A curious, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, at times an ambiguous, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in startup or virtual healthcare environments.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $94,070 - $122,290 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $103,477 - $134,519 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $112,884 - $146,748 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $122,291 - $158,977 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and compensation based on their roles and locations.
