Key Responsibilities• Shape Strategy at the Top: Present complex insights to SharkNinja executives, including the CEO, CCO, and EVPs, using expert storytelling to influence product development and marketing strategies.• Be the Consumer Advocate: Identify unmet needs, observe the non-obvious, and guide early-stage product development to create groundbreaking innovations.• Drive Innovation: Translate consumer feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into actionable recommendations that transform product features and offerings.• Lead with Expertise: Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert in consumer insights, synthesizing complex data into a clear, strategic narrative.• Own Research Execution: Develop, manage, and execute research plans, ensuring they align with budgets and organizational goals.• Develop an Unstoppable Team: Set up your team for success, and cultivate their ongoing growth and development.

Qualifications• Required: Willingness to be in-office 3 days a week to foster collaboration and impact.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant quantitative field.• 5-10 years of consumer research experience, with CPG industry experience preferred.• Expertise in methodologies such as Concept Testing, TURF, Pricing Sensitivity Studies, and Packaging Tests.• Proven ability to moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews.• Experience with IHUTs and online/in-store shelf assessments.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
