Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages ongoing reporting of enterprise Customer Experience (CX) and Brand Health Tracking studies, including Weekly NPS update, Business Insights Report (BIR), Omnichannel scorecard, Media Mix Modeling tracking study data inputs, and ADUSA Brand Health report. Supports with other departments with regular and ad hoc CX reporting needs.
- Serves as an Administrator for Consumer Insights own-data platform (Qualtrics) and maintains CX survey and dashboards by monitoring responses, monitoring email sends, managing sweepstakes data files and coordinating with other teams to ensure the proper controls and reporting are in place. Performs periodic data updates and enrichments when needed.
- Is a SME on Qualtrics research tech platform and supports other users.
- Maintains CX data dictionary and topic code frames. Assists with development and management of administrative standards for the platform and survey data in data lake/Unity catalog.
- Manages intake process and roadmap for CX and Brand Health tracking study change requests, including survey and dashboard design, geography and store hierarchy, anomaly detection and associated response filtering. Implements changes and associated communication, involving vendor partners when needed for complex updates.
- Oversees Online Community member profile data, recruitment process, scheduling, and execution, and periodic updates to community member profiles.
- Provide strategic insight into improving customer experience and perceptions through the proper development and usage of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, ensuring that the appropriate methodological and valid statistical approaches are utilized.
- Interprets research findings and summarizes data analyses into actionable insights that address stakeholder objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations at key Management Meetings as appropriate.
- Ensure that all research instruments accurately measure what we want them to measure, and that the data is representative of the market.
- Maximizing the learnings, insights and value-added of all ongoing research
- Keep up to date on new methodologies, best in class research approaches and skill development
- Implement best practices within consumer insights through standardization of methods, tools, and knowledge-sharing to maximize group efficiency and impact as well as identify and champion new and emerging research techniques
- Partner closely with other team members within Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights and Advanced Analytics to ensure appropriate integration of data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, or closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of market research experience, emphasis on large scale trackers, advanced sample design, experience with large datasets.
- Minimum Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with syndicated POS/FSP data sources such as Circana/Nielsen preferred.
- Must possess a willingness and aptitude to learn.
