About you

You are a customer-focused implementation professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You’re confident leading onboarding from kick-off to go-live, managing multiple workstreams, and guiding clients through change with clarity and calm. You combine strong communication skills with practical problem-solving, and you take ownership of outcomes — not just tasks. You enjoy working cross-functionally, translating technical requirements into customer-friendly deliverables, and ensuring clients adopt our CRS (Central Reservation System) successfully.

Day to day, you will

  • Lead end-to-end CRS onboarding projects from planning through go-live

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and align configurations

  • Configure CRS environments and workflows to meet property-specific needs

  • Perform QA, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure readiness and system accuracy

  • Deliver training that enables users to confidently adopt best practices

  • Maintain project plans, documentation, and client-specific configuration details

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth handoff to Support post-go-live

  • Partner with Development, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance implementation processes

  • Track adoption and proactively drive actions that accelerate time-to-value

Your skills and experience will include

Required

  • Experience delivering software onboarding or implementations; hospitality systems strongly preferred

  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership of timelines and deliverables

  • Technical aptitude with ability to learn system configuration / data workflows

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills (virtual + written)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred

  • Experience with hotel CRS / PMS / CRM / RMS platforms

  • Experience in hospitality operations, reservations, revenue management, or distribution

  • Familiarity with API integrations or data mapping concepts

  • Experience with process documentation / SOP creation

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Any compensation outside this range will follow applicable laws and company policy.
