Job Description

Clarivate consulting services in life sciences & healthcare commercial strategy provides advisory and management consulting services to industry leading and emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech companies. We combine deep domain expertise and data driven analysis to deliver relevant insights and customized, actionable solutions for our clients in the areas of new product planning, commercial strategy and pricing & market access.

We are seeking a Consultant to serve as a critical member of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to billable client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives. The Consultant will help to define projects, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients. The individual we seek is vital to ensuring that we provide our clients with the insights and information they need to achieve success.

Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field

  • Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis and interpretation within a specific domain, deriving actionable commercial insights that drive strategic decision-making and business outcomes.

  • Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques specific to the commercial sector to address complex market and business challenges.

  • Take ownership of key components and deliverables within complex commercial projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry standards.

  • Manage overall project execution and delivery for smaller commercial customer engagements, focusing on achieving defined business outcomes and enhancing profitability.

  • Present findings and recommendations to customers with strong communication skills, ensuring that insights are clearly articulated and aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Guide and coordinate other consultants within domain-specific projects to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their commercial requirements, translating these into actionable data analysis plans and presenting findings in a way that drives business growth.

  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and methodologies that are tailored to the commercial sector, enhancing effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to proposal development by understanding customer needs, suggesting domain-specific solutions, describing analytical approaches, creating compelling pitch materials, and advising on effort estimates related to commercial consulting projects.

Hours of Work

  • Regular business hours with some flexibility to attend global meetings virtually
  • This position will be performed hybrid at any of our east coast US offices
