What You Could Be Working On

As a Consultant at dss+, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts on complex client engagements

  • Help clients improve operational performance, safety culture, and risk management capabilities

  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programmes

  • Support operational assessments and transformation initiatives

  • Develop practical recommendations and implementation plans for clients

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership

  • Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery activities across multiple industries

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from individuals who bring:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams

  • Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments

  • Interest in operational transformation, safety, risk, or sustainability consulting

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US

Preferred background:

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations

  • Experience within industries such as manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field

  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical and visualisation tools
